Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Officer at Newmont Mining in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident and driven, with excellent people management and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and company revenue - Analyze customer data and feedback to improve products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to optimize customer success strategies - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer success initiatives with overall company goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer success or similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence in handling customer interactions and resolving conflicts - Drive and passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Experience with CRM software and customer success tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
