Job Description:
XPO Logistics is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Success Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise - Provide training and support to clients on using our platforms and services effectively - Monitor client satisfaction and success metrics, taking proactive steps to address any areas of improvement - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus - Must be motivated and able to take initiative
