Job Description:
Murphy USA is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in London, England. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer success roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, offering the opportunity to work remotely and support our customers from around the UK.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via email, phone, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Analyze customer data and feedback to drive product improvements and enhance customer success metrics
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - At least 4 years of experience in customer success or account management roles - Proven ability to work independently and stay resilient in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management and prioritization skills - Strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
