Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Barnes & Noble is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, this part-time role is perfect for motivated and resourceful individuals who are looking to start their career in customer success.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and ensure a positive customer experience - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and chat - Work with customers to identify their needs and provide personalized solutions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition - Develop relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor
