Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, motivated, and possess strong strategic planning and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may have - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Meet and exceed customer retention and satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies - High school diploma or equivalent
