Job Description:
Newmont Mining is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for an energetic and resilient individual who possesses strong cooperation and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and drive customer retention and satisfaction. 3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide feedback on product improvements. 5. Conduct customer training sessions to maximize product usage and value. 6. Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
