Job Description:
LKQ is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed. As a Remote Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting the company's products and services.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver customer orders, services, and solutions - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product development - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to meet and exceed sales goals - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system - Engage in continuous learning and training to stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices
Requirements: - Passionate and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and organization capabilities - Ability to deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to customers - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Must have a reliable internet connection and a designated remote workspace - Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required
