Job Description:
Hershey is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for someone who is passionate, hardworking, emotionally intelligent, and creative.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers and serve as their primary point of contact - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service - Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates on account status and performance - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service or account management experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
