Remote Customer Success Representative

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team at Sealed Air in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent support and address any inquiries or concerns - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in our database - Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training on our products as needed - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Contribute to team meetings and projects to enhance overall customer success initiatives

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and people management skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
