Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team at iHeartMedia. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in London, England, UK.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent customer service and support. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to improve our products and services and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Assist with onboarding new customers and provide training as needed. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong people management and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Comfortable using various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
