Job Description:
Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and check-ins - Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via email, phone, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Educate customers on product updates, features, and best practices - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value - Analyze customer feedback and data to drive product improvements and enhancements - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals
Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong attention to detail - 4+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Experience working in a remote or work from home environment - Proficiency with customer success platforms and CRM software - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
