State Street Corp. is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience who is motivated, resourceful, and possesses excellent communication and creativity skills.
As a Remote Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved in a timely manner. You will act as a liaison between the client and various internal departments, working to find solutions and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Providing product demonstrations and training to clients - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs - Monitoring client satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement - Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. In addition to the required personality traits and soft skills mentioned above, the following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field - Proven experience in customer service or a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
