Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Freeport-McMoRan in London, England, UK. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Provide ongoing training and support to customers to maximize their understanding and utilization of our products - Monitor customer success metrics and provide regular reports to management on performance and trends
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and communication skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to meet customer needs - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
