Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist at Clorox in London, England, UK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout their journey with Clorox - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and energetic personality - Leadership and critical thinking skills - No prior experience required
