Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange. This position is a part-time, work from home role based in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support - Manage and resolve customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Identify and escalate issues to appropriate team members when necessary - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist customers with account management and product inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve customer concerns - Meet and exceed customer service and satisfaction goals


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience in insurance or related industry is a plus
