Job Description:

Caterpillar is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is energetic, driven, detail-oriented, and innovative.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3.
