Job Description:

Lowe’s is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. This is an entry-level role requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and ordering - Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
