Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a dynamic Customer Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional and friendly manner. 2. Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general insurance questions. 3. Process insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with our sales team to provide support in generating new business opportunities. 6. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of insurance products and procedures. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Driven and motivated to provide outstanding customer service. 5. Strong presentation and innovation skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
