Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Disney in London, England. As a part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting with various aspects of customer support. This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to guests through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist guests with booking tickets, reservations, and other services offered by Disney - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Use your innovation and people management skills to identify areas for improvement in the customer support process and suggest solutions


Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role - Adaptable and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Innovative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
