Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Cruise Automation, a cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology company, is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our autonomous vehicle technology. 3. Provide technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with our products. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the Customer Support team.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of customer support experience. 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
