Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team at Cisco in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, and possess strong strategic planning and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers - Work closely with our technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Conduct research to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions - Assist in documenting customer feedback and suggesting improvements to our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
