Job Description:
NVIDIA is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate in our London office. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the UK.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency 3. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and order processing 4. Document customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up as necessary 5. Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution 6. Conduct research on industry trends and competition to provide relevant insights to customers 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners 8. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Energetic and hardworking personality with a strong commitment to customer service 3. Emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively 4. Strong research skills to stay informed on product updates and market trends 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 8. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed
