Job Description - Customer Support Associate


Job Description:


Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. 3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.


Requirements: 1. Independent and resilient personality traits. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically. 3. Persuasion skills to effectively handle difficult situations. 4. Knowledge of customer service best practices. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6. Ability to work remotely and adapt to a fast-paced environment. 7. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
