Job Description - Customer Support Associate

As a Customer Support Associate at Altria Group in London, England, UK, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information and assistance to customers over the phone, email, and chat. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4.
