Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in London, England. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles and a passion for providing excellent support to customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers. 7. Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system. 8. Participate in training programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
