Job Description:
Reynolds American is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home. We are looking for individuals who are driven and confident, with strong planning and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate any issues or trends to management for resolution - Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable internet connection - Must be available to work evenings and weekends, as needed
