Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Tenneco is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex problems - Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Take on special projects and assignments as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and project management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
