Job Description:
Automation Anywhere is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Support Associate to join our team working from home in London, England. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support for our products and services, troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Assist customers with product selection, account management, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and find solutions - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and resilient attitude towards handling customer inquiries and complaints - Presentation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
