Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


CBRE Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Proven experience in customer support management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented and organized - Adaptability and dedication to deliver exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
