Job Description:
Mondelez International is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing our remote customer support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our processes. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development. 8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred). 2. Proven experience as a customer support manager or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. 6. Passionate and reliable personality traits. 7. Strong presentation and innovation soft skills.
