Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Support Manager to join our team at Graybar Electric in London, England. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of customer service operations.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Manage a team of customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer retention - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems - Planning and cooperation skills - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Joining bonus offered - Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits
