Job Description - Customer Support Manager

The Customer Support Manager at Airgas in London, England, UK will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. This role is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field who possesses a strong sense of independence and reliability.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 6. Train new team members on customer support processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. 4. Persuasive and able to influence others. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred). 7. Must be reliable and able to work well under pressure.
