Job Description:
Textron is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 3. Monitor customer support metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and onboard new customer support team members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle high-pressure situations and changing customer needs. 2. Strong soft skills in innovation and teamwork to foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. 4. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. 5. Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
