Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Kraft Heinz is looking for a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level who is driven, dedicated, and possesses excellent emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer experience. 3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Analyze customer support data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
