Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


W.W. Grainger is looking for a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are seeking someone with at least 7 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the customer support team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor key performance indicators and create reports for senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support roles - Proven track record of managing a team and achieving targets - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
