Job description:
Estee Lauder is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in customer support roles. The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and support for our esteemed clientele.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Implement training programs for customer support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Create and maintain customer support policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with grace - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly - Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
