Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Amphenol, a leading technology company based in London, England, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve the customer experience. 5. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to support professional growth. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 7. Experience in remote team management is a plus.
