Job Description:
Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: - Lead a team of remote customer support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, working closely with other departments to resolve complex problems - Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure a seamless and efficient customer support experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve customer support operations - Implement tools and technology to streamline customer support processes and increase efficiency
Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in a customer support management role - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations - Experience with remote team management and collaboration tools - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Strategic planning abilities and a focus on continuous improvement - Proven track record of driving results and exceeding KPIs - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
