Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


ABM Industries is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, and possess strong critical thinking and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the remote customer support team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach customer support team members to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in customer support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
