Job Description:
Supervalu is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, this role requires at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, and have excellent presentation and creativity skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver high-quality service. 3. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 4. Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to address concerns and enhance the customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey. 6. Analyze customer support metrics and generate reports to make data-driven decisions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred). 2. 6+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
