Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Manager to join our team in a part-time, remote position based in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support, you will play a key role in managing our customer support operations and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer support team, including managing incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses. 2. Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Train and mentor customer support team members to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive customer experience. 6. Monitor key performance indicators and report on the effectiveness of the customer support team. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. 5. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 7. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
