Job Description: EMCOR Group is seeking a highly motivated and independent Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. - Flexible schedule to accommodate customer support coverage as needed.
