Job Description:
Visa is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to start their career in customer support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, have excellent time management skills, and be able to think innovatively.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Stay updated on product knowledge and training to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues as needed - Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation
Requirements: - 1 year of customer support experience - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong time management skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem solve - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
