Job Description:
Home Depot is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or in-person - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and returns - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to help improve products and services - Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Knowledge of customer service best practices and techniques - Proficiency in using technology and software systems to support customer interactions - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends - Must be eligible to work in the UK
