Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Biogen is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Support Officer will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve the customer experience - Working closely with the sales team to upsell products and services - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong persuasion skills and ability to think outside the box - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
