Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Cameron International is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resourceful, and possess strong negotiation and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat to customers inquiring about our products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and foster a global village mentality - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and resourceful personality - Negotiation and cooperation skills - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus
