Job Description:
Masco, a leading company in the London, England, UK area, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately - Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining customer records and data in our CRM system - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements: - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong communication skills - Creativity in problem-solving and customer interactions - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Reliable transportation to and from work
