Customer Support Officer - Work from home

As a Customer Support Officer at Edison International, you will have the opportunity to work from home in London, England, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure their satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer problems - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend solutions
