Estee Lauder, a leading beauty and cosmetics company, is seeking a Customer Support Officer to work from home in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, motivated, and have excellent communication and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding Estee Lauder products and services - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Must be energetic and motivated to provide excellent customer service - No previous experience required, but a passion for beauty and cosmetics is a plus - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
