Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Amgen, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to work from home in London, England. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed 3. Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs 4. Use innovative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits 2. Strong teamwork and innovative soft skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 6. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred 7. Prior experience in a customer support role is a plus
